BOLLYWOOD DANCE & PERFORMING ARTS Course
Honeys Dance Academy offer annual Bollywood Dance & Performing Arts courses which are made up of three terms of 12 weeks each. All students will need to enrol in the beginning of the academic year in September and pay a yearly fee (for 3 terms) in order to secure their places. Students from age 4 years to adults as well as individuals aiming to develop their dance skills professionally (performers, dance instructors, choreographers) will follow a structured course approved by the International Association of Modern Indian Arts (IAMIA) and administered by UKA (United Kingdom Alliance) an examining board who are members of CDET (Council of Dance, Education and Training).
Each student will be provided with the option of taking Bollywood dance medal tests and professional assessments at the end of each term depending on their age, level and ability; invited to purchase an Indian dance costume that can be used for all shows & events throughout the year; offered plenty of opportunities to take part in performing arts projects throughout the year; and classes for professionals provided with performing arts training (acting, vocal coaching & media training). To ensure students build their confidence, stage performance skills and build their CV's, all students take part in an annual Bollywood production at end of the year in July 2013. Regular updates will be sent by e-mail via our HDA E Newletters during the term to keep parents / students updated regarding the latest opportunities, announcements and developments.

Keep FIT with BOLLYWOOD & BHANGRA
HDA runs fun and fitness classes for all ages who wish to experience Bollywood / Bhangra dance as a leisure activity. This course combines Bollywood fused with Bhangra, Indian classical, Latin American, Arabic, hip-hop, street, jazz and many other styles of dance, performed to the latest funky Bollywood and Bhangra tracks.
